Hire Up Staffing is seeking an Eligibility Clerk for a client in the Visalia area . The starting pay is $20 / hour. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a M-F, 8am-5pm schedule.
Duties :
- Interviews applicants for housing
- Processes applications and verifies eligibility / housing of applicants
- Determines residents' eligibility for continued occupancy
- Establishes rent
- Creates reports including all pertinent information
- Updates resident and applicant information
- Explains conditions of occupancy
- Establishes and maintains various files
- Other duties as assigned Qualifications :
- 2 years of experience in property management, eligibility or loan processing
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Proficient with 10 Key and strong data entry skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
